Brownie Crinkle Cookies

INGREDIENTS

1/3 cup of egg whites
1 tsp vanilla
1/2 cup + 8 tsps of cacao powder
1 1/2 cup of powdered sugar
1 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt

First, whip the egg whites and vanilla in a high speed mixer until peaks form. Add sugar, baking soda, cacao powder & salt and mix by hand with a spatula. Make into cookies (I used a scooper) and bake at 350°F for 8 mins and sprinkle with salt
