How To Make // use a cupcake tin and line it with cupcake liners
bottoms layer:
melt df chocolate and mix in shredded coconut and pour into cupcake liners to create the bottom layer
second layer:
coconut butter (blend coconut flakes at high speed until “butter” forms - 15 mins about)
third layer: (in a blender add)
1.5 cups of Medjool dates (soaked in hot water for a few mins)
1/2 cup of PB
2 tbsp almond milk
2 tbsp melted coconut oil
pinch of salt
dash of vanilla
fourth layer:
melted chocolate to coat the PB layer and sprinkle shredded coconut on top
freeze & enjoy!
