Raw Vegan, GF, DF Layer Bars

Base Layer 

mix in a bowl:

2/3 cup of GF oat flour

1/3 cup of cacao powder

1/3 cup of creamy PB

1/4 cup of maple syrup

3 tbsp of water

and a dash of cinnamon

(set aside)

In a blender mix the topping

3 large bananas

1/4 cup of peanut butter

1 tsp of coconut sugar

dash of cinnamon and a splash of vanilla

In a bread pan put a piece of parchment paper down. Spread the base layer into the bread pan and then pour the banana mixture on top. Sprinkle with chocolate chips and coconut shreds. 

Bake 350 for 40-43 mins
