Raw Twix Slice (Vegan & GF)
Raw Twix Slice:
base & topping (save 1/4 of the mixture for the top, the consistency should be one where you should be able to shape it into a ball but it’s still can be a crumble for the top)
* 1/2 cup almond meal @bobsredmill
* 1/2 cup coconut flour
* 2 tbsp vanilla protein powder @tropeaka
* 4 tbsp almond milk (might need 5) @califiafarms
* 2 tbsp coconut oil, melted
* Pinch of salt
PB Date Layer:
* 1 1/2 cups dates, pitted & soaked in boiling water for a few mins
* 1/2 cup peanut butter @picspeanutbutter
* 2 tbsp coconut oil, melted
* 2 tbsp almond milk
* Pinch of salt
* dash of vanilla or vanilla powder
Chocolate Layer:
melt 100g of dairy free chocolate @tonyschocolonely_us
1 tbsp @picspeanutbutter
& a dash of vanilla
Steps / Building it:
* use 3/4 of the crumble mixture for the base
*next layer on the date mixture
*then the chocolate mixture
*sprinkle the rest of the crumble on top
*put into a lined loaf tin and freeze
