Gluten & Dairy Free Angel Food Cake

I am obsessed with angel food cake & it also happens to be one of my dad’s favs, so I made it for him for Father’s Day!

In a high-speed mixer whip until super fluffy
1 1/2 cups of egg whites
2 tsp vanilla
1/4 tsp salt
1 1/2 tsp cream of tartar

In a separate bowl sift
3/4 cup of GF flour @bobsredmill
3/4 cup + 2 tbsp of superfine sugar (*NEEDS to be superfine)
1/4 cup of corn starch
.
Gently fold in by hand with a spatula the dry ingredients into the egg white mixture. Add the flour mixture in small increments. Once well mixed, put the batter into an ungreased angel food cake tin. Bake in the oven at 350°F for 45 minutes ✨Enjoy!
