BROWNIES + COOKIES
GLUTEN & DAIRY FREE
Step 1: Make the Brownies
BROWNIE RECIPE (Fluffiest Brownies Ever!)
Ingredients:
3 large eggs
1 cup of coconut sugar
1/3 cup almond flour
2 tablespoons coconut flour
2 tablespoons cacao powder
2 tablespoons coffee
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 1/4 cups of dairy-free chocolate chips
1/2 cup + 2 tbsp coconut oil (solid)
Steps:
In a high spend blender, blend the eggs and the sugar together (3-5 minutes) until it gets super fluffy.
Then add the almond flour, coconut flour, cacao powder, coffee & vanilla
Now melt the coconut oil and the chocolate chips in the microwaveThen pour into the batter
Pour into a sprayed 8x8 pan and top with more chocolate chips
Step 2: Make the Cookies
(MY FAV CHOCOLATE CHIP COOKIES)
1 cup of gluten-free 1 to 1 flour
1 cup of rice flour
1/2 cup of oat flour
1 tsp vanilla
pinch of salt
1/2 cup of coconut milk
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp baking powder
2/3 cup of turbinado sugar
2/3 cup of coconut sugar
2/3 cup of melted coconut oil
handful of chocolate chips
handful of coconut flakes (optional)
Step 3: Combine & Bake
Pour the brownie batter into a sprayed baking tin
Take clumps of the chocolate chip cookie dough and sprinkle it on top of the brownie batter
Bake at 325 degrees Fahrenheit for about 30-35 minutes
