Cinnamon Banana Oat Pancakes
Pancakes are by far one of my favorite breakfast items! I am always looking for new ways to make healthy pancakes that are still yummy and delicious. I love banana pancakes (as you can tell lol). I wanted to make a new cinnamon banana pancake. I tend to use oat flour in a lot of my pancake recipes because I like the texture they get. These pancakes I threw together one morning and they turned out great!
1/2 banana mashed
1/2 cup + 1 tbsp of oat flour
1/3 cup + 1 tbsp of almond milk
1 egg
1/2 tsp of coconut sugar
1 tsp of baking powder
1 tsp of cinnamon
1/2 tsp of vanilla
(makes about 6-7 pancakes)
I topped it with my homemade Rawnola & Michele's Granola (find recipe under snacks) and I also put some Kite Hill Vanilla yogurt on top :)
