Shrimp Taco Bowl

For the Rice:

cook 2 cups of rice

add sauteed onions (2/3 cup) and sauteed minced garlic (2 cloves)

add fresh cilantro and the juice of one lime and stir into the rice

For the Shrimp

sauteed the shrimp in avocado oil

season with paprika, cayenne pepper, salt and garlic (add tony's is desired)

 

For the cabbage slaw

1 tbsp honey, juice of one lime, 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar, 1 tbsp olive oil and salt

add chopped red cabbage and mix.

can be served in a taco shell, plain or on top of boiled zucchini noodles

additional toppings to put on the taco is 

avocado

drizzle lime juice

jalapeno

hot sauce
