7 Things I Do Everyday
Now, I would never label myself as a hardcore routine gal, but I do unintentionally stick to a routine daily. There are a few “tasks” I do each and every day which have now molded into my lifestyle. Even if I am busy AF or even lazy, I will always do these 7 things.
+ Drink a Yeti-size cup of water when I wake up (30oz)
This is something I picked up from Tom Brady. Yes, I went through a TB phase, and I read his TB12 method. I love to mix chlorophyll drops into my water or even lemon. I do this before I eat anything that day.
+ Skincare & Shower
I will never miss a day. I wash my face morning and night & moisturize twice a day to keep the wrinkles away. For more information, read My Skincare Routine. I also shower every day and look forward to my showers. I treat my showers like a concert.
+ Make My Bed
I learned this from my mom, who had me make my bed every morning before school. The one great thing about making your bed is that it is a task you can fulfill daily and have a sense of accomplishment.
+ Eat Healthily
I try to eat healthy throughout my whole day, but life is about balance. Breakfast is my favorite meal of the day. I actually get excited to go to sleep because it means I get to wake up to breakfast. I have either healthy pancakes or waffles, a smoothie, or eggs for breakfast most days. I do eat dessert almost every day, and that is considered my balance!
+ Workout
I love to move my body every day. I love that feeling you get after a seriously good workout. It motivates me. I listen to my body - some days, my body only needs a nice leisurely walk, and other days my body wants a 90-minute OTF Burn!
Here is a list of some of my favorite online and in-studio workouts!
Online
Peloton (Bike, Treadmill, Yoga, Outdoor Runs & Strength Classes)
iFit (Immersive runs in different locations around the world)

+ Do Something Relaxing
Whether it is cuddling up with my cat and watching an episode of The Office or working on a fun task (like baking cookies or making blog posts). I need to dedicate part of my day to something relaxing. Today, I will probably stretch and foam roll.
+ Drink Tea and Take My Vitamins
Every night after dinner, I have chamomile tea or hot water with lemon and sit on the couch with my family. I also make sure to take my Goli Gummies after dinner and my Digestive Enzymes to help with digestion & bloating.
