Fluffiest Brownies Ever!

BROWNIE TIME!!

I think these are officially the best brownies I’ve ever made and they were also the best way to use my leftover coffee (they’re super soft & fluffy)

Ingredients:

  • 3 large eggs


  • 1 cup of coconut sugar


  • 1/3 cup almond flour


  • 2 tablespoons coconut flour


  • 2 tablespoons cacao powder

  • 
2 tablespoons coffee


  • 1 tsp vanilla extract


  • 1 1/4 cups of dairy-free chocolate chips

  • 
1/2 cup + 2 tbsp coconut oil (solid)

Steps:

  • In a high spend blender, blend the eggs and the sugar together (3-5 minutes) until it gets super fluffy.

  • Then add the almond flour, coconut flour, cacao powder, coffee & vanilla
    Now melt the coconut oil and the chocolate chips in the microwave

  • Then pour into the batter

  • Pour into a sprayed 8x8 pan and top with more chocolate chips

  • Bake 325°F for 35-40 minutes
