Chocolate Chocolate Chip Cookies

1/2 cup of tahini

1/3 cup of coconut sugar

1/2 tsp vanilla

1 egg

1 tsp coconut oil

1 tbsp maple syrup 

1/4 cup of cocoa powder

1/4 tsp salt

1/2 tsp baking soda

1/2 tbsp coconut flour

chocolate chips 

scoop into balls with ice cream scoop makes either 15 small cookies or 9-10 big cookies 

bake on a baking sheet with parchment paper 350 for 7 mins 

Banana NiceCream

3 frozen banana 

2 cubes of frozen coconut milk

1/2 tsp vanilla extract 

and then freeze

can make a cookie sandwich combining the 2 recipes together
