Blend:

1 frozen banana

1 cup frozen blueberries

handful of frozen mango

1 tbsp chia seeds

1 tbsp flaxseed meal

1 tsp collagen peptides

1 tsp hemp seeds

1 tsp maca powder

1 tsp - 2 tsp Peanut Butter depending on if you like PB or not.

1 cup - 1 1/2 cup of almond milk
